 "Embracing the Love, Building a Legacy. Join We Are Loved in an extraordinary journey of gratitude and growth." 

  Our LOVE BAGS provide essential comfort and support to children during their transition into foster care. These thoughtful bags contain a range of items, carefully selected with the child's needs in mind.
Inside each LOVE BAG, you will find cozy pajamas, ensuring the child has something warm and comfortable to wear in their new environment. We also include essential hygiene items, such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and soap, promoting good self-care habits from the start.

To bring a sense of companionship and security, each LOVE BAG is accompanied by a soft stuffed animal, offering comfort during challenging times. Additionally, we include beautifully handmade pillowcases, adding a personal touch to their sleeping space.

With our LOVE BAGS, we aim to alleviate some of the stress and uncertainty that children may experience during their transition into foster care. By providing them with these essential supplies, we hope to bring warmth, comfort, and a sense of belonging to their new journey. 

  This year, we are honored to announce that Dawn Lotano has been named our Volunteer of the Year. Dawn's commitment and unwavering dedication to supporting We Are Loved shines through the countless hours she has devoted to our cause. Additionally, we would like to extend our recognition to Tessa and Delaney Caboy, who have been named our Junior Volunteers for the Year 2022. These young individuals have demonstrated a remarkable level of dedication and passion for making a difference. As an organization, we are incredibly grateful for the hard work and contributions from all our volunteers, and we are excited to see how our Junior Volunteer program continues to thrive. 

 Trinity Episcopal Church in Red Bank has been incredibly generous in providing us with storage rooms for our donations, allowing us to maintain an organized and accessible system. Furthermore, they have graciously offered us the space to hold our support group meetings throughout the year. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Trinity Church for their unwavering support and assistance in our endeavors. Thank you, Trinity Church, for being a beacon of kindness and compassion in our community! 

We were incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to support and bring joy to over 750 foster children in New Jersey, spanning across six counties. Through our dedicated efforts, we were able to distribute our Holiday Boxes and Love Bags to these deserving children. The immense satisfaction of being able to positively impact such a significant number of young lives is truly indescribable.

 We would like to take a moment to honor and remember the incredible impact of Daria Renee Amoroso McCue, a truly remarkable individual who dedicated over 18 years of her life to the well-being of foster youth as a dedicated DCP&P worker.  
In addition to her invaluable work within the system, Daria played a significant role in supporting our founder, Phyllis, as her resource worker. With unwavering dedication and compassionate support, Daria provided Phyllis with the strength and guidance she needed to foster numerous children throughout the years.

Today, we fondly reminisce about Daria's unwavering commitment and selflessness. Her contributions to the We Are Loved organization and the countless lives she touched have left an indelible mark. Daria, you are deeply missed, and your love and compassion continue to inspire us every day
